I recently came across a house for sale that is interesting enough to be a real contender, but their agent keeps giving me the run-around when I try to make an appointment to go look at it. I don't know if this guy is playing some weird marketing game that has no real place in a slow market like Ottawa or what, but I'm guessing that regardless, I wont achieve anything here without an agent. I'll eventually need one anyway, so I may as well connect with one now. Ideally, I'd like an agent that wont ignore potential buyers when it comes time to sell my current home. :P Anyone had any particularly good experiences?
