    If you are looking inside the beltline in Raleigh, I would HIGHLY suggest Frank DeRonja http://www.drefirm.com/ - He helped us buy our first home in Downtown Raleigh. He is super knowledgeable about the area, and he wont let you buy something you shouldn't. He is very honest and no bullshit.
