  Looking to buy a home in the NW, any recommendations on realtors? Hey all, my SO and I will be buying our first home this summer in Calgary (Bowness) and since we can't get recommendations from friends/family because we aren't really telling anyone at the moment, I was hoping to see if you fine folks could help me out. We've been speaking to one realtor that we got in contact with via a listing that we were interested in, but I'm not sure if an agent who is specializing in listing and getting the most for a sale will be able to properly represent us if we want to offer lower than listing price. If anyone has any good realtors that they've used for buying I would love some names. Thanks so much!
