  Looking for realtor in the southeast valley (to sell a home) My husband and I are in Chandler right near the Gilbert border and intend to sell our home this year. Our desired closing date would be late May/early June. We need a realtor to help with this process in the area. If you are or know a realtor you've had good seller experience with, I'd greatly appreciate a recommendation. We loved our realtor when we bought the house, but he's retired now.

  I had a great experience as a buyer with Kevin Belzer of GoSold Realty. He is super knowledgeable, patient, and knows exactly what you're looking after one conversation! I found my house within a week of contacting him, after more than 6 months of frustration with other brokers.
