  Are you looking to buy a house or just rent? We worked with [Andy Sylvia](http://www.andysylviarealty.com/) when we bought our house and were beyond thrilled with him. He only works with buyers so he doesn't have a vested interest in any particular property, but he has working relationships with all the seller agencies to facilitate viewing anything in the area. He is just so kind and personable that everyone who meets him loves him, just an absolute dream to work with.
