  Brad Meyer of YNB Real Estate. We bought our house almost 2 years ago with him. Our first house. He runs his own shop, he's a real laid-back guy, very patient, knows his stuff (he's been doing this for ages), would use him again. Also, after closing, he always insists on bringing by a homemade cheesecake, and he makes a KILLER cheesecake. http://ynbrealestate.com/
