  Anyone have suggestions for a Realtor? Looking for our first home and would love someone who knows the ropes. (in Portage or surrounding areas) So my husband and I are working on getting pre-approved for a mortage and are looking for a home in the $150k range in Portage. Problem is, this is the first time for both of us and we'd like to find a good Realtor as we have no experience. We've got a few homes on zillow we'd like to check out, and we've got a budget set, but that's about the extent of it. Anyone have any Realtor you've worked with and liked?
