I worked with somebody previously, but the overall experience was bad because she didn't really listen to what my roommates and I were really looking for and then once we signed the lease she just dropped us and we had a hard time figuring out moving details. So this time I am looking to you guys for recommendations for good realtors! For a little bit of information I am looking for somebody that is specialized in the North Campus/around UT/along the 1 or 3 bus line. I am going to be starting grad school soon. I'm looking to pre-lease for the 2015-2016 school year. Any help is appreciated!!

  You need to find someone that specializes in campus locating. That's such a niche area most agents won't touch it, or they know nothing about it. Austin City Realty, they are on campus. (512) 477-2489 http://www.austincityhomesearch.com/ STAY AWAY FROM 512 REALTY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Most grad students I know live in north campus and far west, west campus is primarily an under grad party.
