  David Mattingly of Coldwell Banker in Iowa City http://www.cbrep.com/agent.asp?id=00017 He helped my GF and I find our first house. He was very forthright and honest about everything. He spent a lot of one-on-one with us, probably 25 hours of just driving and looking at houses. He even offered to help us move in to our place after the signing.
