I almost bought a house once before in California but I had an absolutely horrific Realtor so I abandoned ship and decided not to buy for a while. I went through all the right steps to find a good Agent. I interviewed at least 5 people went through all the research, and this guy was seemingly the best. However, He was horrible and made my husband and I very uncomfortable and he clearly did not have our best interests in mind. Because he was such a creep we were able to get out of the contract we signed with him... it was a very negative and traumatizing experience. So I really want to go with somebody that I've been referred to because I am nervous that we will make a bad judgment call again, and this time we dont have the time to get let down. Has anybody had a great Realtor in the Denver/Aurora area that they would recommend?
