  Does anyone know a realtor that deals with renting apartments? Edit: My question is NOT "do realtors help people rent apartments?" I know for a fact they do. I'm specifically looking for one that has experience with it. My boyfriend and I are looking to move to the East End (Danforth Area) of Toronto from the very far West End. We have been scouring PadMapper like fiends and it seems like since we aren't willing to agree to a rental over the phone or aren't able to drop whatever be are doing to go see a place we are having absolutely no luck. We have had three places cancel our viewing appointments because the place got rented before our appointment came around. (I don't mean a week in advance viewing. I mean we call Tuesday morning and get an appointment for Wednesday evening and we get cancelled on.) A google result hasn't yielded much in the way of realtors that deal with renting and was wondering if anyone could recommend someone.

  Call [Orange Realty Corp] (http://orangerealtycorp.com/). I know they have done leases in the past. It may be just apartments in houses though.
