  Heading to Baltimore for a conference: any bar/liquor store recommendations? Yeah, I know DC ain't Baltimore, but I figure better here than just on /r/bourbon. I'll be car-less and busy for most of the day--limited mostly to the Downtown/Inner Harbor area, which I'm sure is tourist-heavy and overpriced.
