Got several contractors coming over, everyone promised to send an estimate, but only a couple actually did. And these were with terms difficult to accept: 40% down on signing, no defined timeframe for work to be done, etc. So, my question is, can anyone recommend a reputable renovation company in London, for finishing a basement? We're not looking for anything fancy or special, just a regular basement.
