  Recommendations for remodeling contractors We are looking to do a decent remodel of the top floor of our house, specifically the kitchen, bathroom, running new electrical circuits to the main rooms along with two bedrooms and possibly splitting the home into a two zone HVAC system. Has anyone done a major home remodel that would be willing to share some recommendations on remodeling contractors? We'd like to work with a kitchen designer as we have a small kitchen with a fireplace as a dividing wall so we need to be smart with what we do in order to maximize resale and be efficient.
