  Recommendations for contractors with experience working on city rowhomes? I've run out of steam renovating the 3rd floor of my house, so I'm looking for a contractor to finish up the insulation and drywall. My go-to contractor is busy through the rest of the summer, so I'm hoping r/baltimore can help me out with some suggestions. More work (stairs, second floor bathroom, etc) is likely to follow. My girlfriend is also looking to get some work done on her place - a backyard deck, specifically - so someone who would be capable of doing both jobs would be great. Thanks.

He did a fantastic job he does all the things you listed but I used him for my two story deck and concrete parking pad: http://www.pwnbuild.com I used this guy a few years ago as well for drywall and painting.
