  30 pound felt, not 15 pound. Dimensional shingles look much better. Get ridge venting if you can afford it. Get at least three quotes. Do not sign anything at the time of the estimate. Get references including addresses and check them - go out on site if at all possible. Have the old roofing material removed, not covered over. Redeck if necessary. Kyle Crow / Allstate Homecraft / 214-824-0767 did excellent repair work on my house last year - not a full roof, but about $2500 worth of cleanup needed to sell the house. The buyer was equally pleased with the work. Based on the problems multiple friends of mine had you should avoid StazOn roofing company. Good luck!
