  Not sure if you specifically need a lawyer, but if an enrolled agent would do, the best one around here is Bill Nemeth. He's the president of the Georgia Association of Enrolled Agents. http://www.4 gaea.org/ His website and contact info is available at http://www.taxdocgeorgia.com/ You can get more info from the above websites on what an enrolled agent is exactly, but I can recommend him personally. He helped me with a lien and levy in the last two years.
