My hair is currently blue and I want to keep it blue- but the hair stylist that originally did it for me was super expensive. I ended up paying about $350. I want to keep doing blue but am looking for a hair stylist that won't take up a huge chunk of my weekly paycheck. I live in SFV but am willing to drive anywhere in the LA area if it means I'll leave with nice, blue hair and money left in my bank account.
