For my hair, I would prefer to go to an individual stylist with someone's recommendation (whether they work at their own station or within a salon) rather than walking in willy-nilly and hoping it goes well. Ideally I would like someone who is extremely familiar with platinum blonde hair, and good w/ toning. For my brows, I am interested in someone who is good with shaping and tinting, and doesn't just get me in and out in 5 minutes. If anyone has any suggestions, I would truly appreciate them!   Stuart is awesome! I started seeing him in the late 1990 s based on a friend's beautiful blonde highlights. He did wonderful things with red highlights for me until I moved back to Portland in the mid 2000 s. He is amazing and I miss him! http://studio2602.com/StuartCalef.html
