  [Georgia at The National Beauty](http://www.thenationalbeauty.com/team/georgia-tyler/) does a great job on my curls, and she actually did just start doing dry cuts (well, she cut it while dry to get the overall shape, then washed it and did a little more precision/clean-up while wet). Turned out fabulous.
