  I used [High Plains Lawn Service.](http://highplainslawnservice.com/index.php/service-areas/) They seem to be reliable, they were recommended by my last lawn service (Erbert's) when we moved out of their area. I don't know how they would feel about a short-term contract though... that's probably why you're not getting call backs. I'm sure it depends on how many other houses they already do nearby if it would be worth their while.
