  Any recommendations for Orleans real estate agents? My partner and I are beginning the home buying process in Orleans. We are looking for an experienced buyers agent who is familiar with guiding first time home buyers, and one who is familiar with the Orleans/East Ottawa market.   I would highly recommend [Amy Collins](http://www.amysmyagent.ca/). She will work with you to find a home that fits want you want. We must have looked at 30-40 homes and she was always positive and enthusiastic. When it came time to negotiate she saved us a ton of money. And although you're not looking to sell she sold our last condo in less than 24 hours for more than any other unit in the condo corp had ever sold for.
