  I agree that you should try to find an agent that is familiar with the part of town where you want to move. That is the secret, your agent's networking, that will allow you to scoop up the best deal. Housing in Atlanta moves very quickly these days. I hear that most properties are on the market less than 36 hours. You need an expert.
