  ISO - a licensed plumber and electrician to install a tankless hot water unit and a few other small jobs. My husband and I seem to have a lot of bad luck. We call different companies, set up dates and times for them to come out and they never show! Waiting all day again today for an electrician to show that promised he would be in the morning!!! Is this normal for Florida? Feeling frustrated!!!
