  dont use a company like Lexington law it will put your credit into flux and it will take time for it to level out according to your credit score (about 590+) you might be able to get a house now id say contact sergio from snx consultants(his email is snxconsultants@gmail.com and his number is (630) 907-7680) see what he says he helped me get a house when everyone told me there would be no way for 5 years i closed on my house 3 months after talking to him
