  Vet recommendations? I'm new to the area, and I need to refill my cat's medication. I'm on a really thin budget right now, so I need somebody affordable, but I want to start a relationship with a good vet since we're going to be here for at least a few years. So tell, me, RVA, who do you like?

  I just started taking our pets to [Huguenot Animal Hospital](http://www.huguenotvet.com/). They have a coupon on their website for half off an initial exam (but make sure you actually bring the coupon--I forgot mine and they wouldn't let me bring it by later). I believe the exam fee runs around $55 so that'll save you a couple of bucks. Dr. Williams seems like he's pretty good, and the facility is new so it's pretty nice. Good luck!
