  This one is right in Mitte/Prenzlauerberg: http://www.dr-molkentin.de/ My dog had a lot of issues as a puppy and I tried different vets. This one completely nailed the problem with basically no use of medication. Try to go on a day were Dr. Molketin herself is there. Everyone there speaks English.
