Dentist recommendation for implants? Hi Guys
I need to do couple of dental implants and am looking for a good dentist referral.
Most of the dentist I met unfortunately are either patronizing or they focus mostly on pushing products.
I am okay spending more to get better treatment; let me know if you know someone good.
I am living in Etobicoke, but open to any location in the 6ix.
Thanks.

[Sleep for Dentistry](http://sleepfordentistry.com/) did implants for my disabled cousin and were extremely kind and compassionate. They offer quite a few options for anesthetic and specialize in helping people with dental fears (this is how I knew of them, my father has severe dental anxiety and he’s been going there for at least 20 years). They are also really good about follow ups and scheduling. They’re located on Leslie just north of the 401 which is a bit far from you, but they have a parking lot and are close to the IKEA. Since I usually pick my dad up after his appointments (he’s sedated so he needs a ride), I go shopping while I wait for them to call me.
Recommendations for dentists for major work? Hi,
I'm hoping for a few recommendations for my dad who needs a lot of work on his teeth. He's a type 2 diabetic and is losing his teeth. I'd like him to see a few specialist for recommendations. He's thinking they all need to be pulled and was looking at going to Cuba. I want him to see someone here at least. He's not trusting of dentists so I told him I'd get him a few recommendations that he'll have to give a fair shot to.
Thanks!

If he’s interested in being sedated during the process I would recommend [Sleep for Dentistry](http://sleepfordentistry.com/). They’re on Leslie north of Sheppard and both my father (who has lousy teeth and a fear of dentists) and my cousin (who is handicapped and had teeth removed, implants put in and a bridge) have had very positive experiences there. Not sure if it’s important but they accept ODSP.
Dentist I have a crown/cap on my front tooth and it's feeling a bit loose. I was told to replace it every 2-3 years but since going to the dentist is expensive I've been putting it off. I now have some dental coverage and was hoping to ask around for dentist suggestions. I'm very anxious going to dentists and it's been more than 5 years since I've been to one. I'm thinking of replacing the cap with either implants or something else more long term and better looking (I'm embarrassed to smile and show my teeth..). I live in Bayview and Sheppard area so around North York is ideal but I'm willing to travel to other locations. Any suggestions to long term dentist is greatly appreciated!

[Sleep for Dentistry](http://sleepfordentistry.com) is on Leslie just north of Sheppard. My Father’s a big baby when it comes to dental work so he gets knocked out for everything. They offer varying levels of sedation, from take the edge off to unconscious.
Does anyone know of a really great dentist in Toronto? Dentists freak me out. I'm trying to find one who is kind, patient and gentle. Any suggestions?

[These](http://www.sleepfordentistry.com/contact.html) guys are awesome. If you're scared of the drill, they offer you the choice of being completely knocked out. I had two root canals one day... woke up at home with my wife handing me soup. Best root canal ever.
