  I don't know about on the holiday but I was able to get in on a Sunday at Excel Dental in Moon Twp. I'd give them a try anyways. https://www.exceldentalpc.com/ Also, if you search on here, there seemed to be a pretty well-recommended dentist around Lebo I think that was willing to take emergency calls on at least weekends- can't recall about holidays.
