  HELP! I have a friend who is losing his house to sheriff’s sale on Monday. Are there any local agencies who can help him with housing? He just started a retail job, so there’s a little bit of income. As you might imagine, he’s scared and depressed and never imagined he’d be in this position. He’s an east sider, but I’m not sure it really matters where the help comes from. Any ideas would be appreciated.
