A Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. A customized cake. A vanilla latte with locally roasted coffee beans. Normally these just seem like typical menu items at the local café, but at Twist Bakery & Café, we serve those dishes with a twist -- we can accommodate all of the top nine food allergens. That means you can enjoy going out to eat without having to worry about finding something because of your restrictions. Everything here is fresh and made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients available. That’s just how we do it. It’s deliciously different.
Good morning! My niece will be arriving soon from England to stay with us for a week and she is celiac-- can anyone recommend any local (Arl/Cam/Som/Burl) restaurants that have gluten free menus? Thanks so much for any recommendations.

It's a hike but if you want to go to a completely allergen free dedicated bakery that is outstanding go check out Twist-Bakery and cafe. They are in MIllis Massachusetts (exit 16 off of 95 S). www.twist-bakery.com
Gluten-free or GF-friendly bakeries in Boston? I'm in charge of throwing a going-away party for my coworker, who has celiac. I want to get her an amazing gluten-free dessert to go with the festivities. Can anyone recommend a bakery that makes these accommodations while still making things that people actually want to eat, rather than "it's pretty good... for gluten free"? I don't want this to be an experiment that falls flat; I'd love some tried-and-true recommendations.

45 minutes from Boston, but worth it for the GF person in your life: Twist Bakery: http://www.twist-bakery.com/ Everything they make is GF and peanut free and everything is absolutely delicious. I'm not sure what kind of dessert you were thinking, but their cakes are amazing.
