I would never purchase another item from this company. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone who is shopping online for a gift. I recently purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses as a gift to surprise my best friend for her upcoming birthday. Fast forward to her birthday weekend, she opens her gift and these aren't the model that she likes! So, I was really bummed that my surprise for her was not the right version of the sunglasses she has been wanting. I thought, well, it's ok bc Island Inspired has a 30 day return policy so I'll just return these and have her look for the correct ones since my surprise is no longer a surprise right? WRONG. Imagine my frustration when I contact the company to request the return label and I am sent an email saying, "sunglasses are a personal care item and Island Inspired cannot accept them due to health risks" but here's a 25% off coupon for your trouble. According to their return policy, excluded personal care items are make-up, lotion, lip balm, sunscreen..... nothing that is in the same category as sunglasses. I attempted multiple calls to try to talk to someone to explain, they wouldn't return my calls. I emailed them and said sunglasses aren't on your excluded list and I gave examples of multiple reputable sunglass companies that accept returns on sunglasses trying to get someone to understand my point- Island Inspired then blocked my email address. So, be warned buyers that they do not honor their return policy and will decide to put an item in an excluded category on their whim. I would guess that if sunglasses are a personal care item that any item of clothing, purse, hat, shoes, or item that comes into your home could be designated by Island Inspired as "personal care items" too just so they don't have to return your money. I'm just disgusted at their lack of honoring their own return policy and the horrible customer service this exemplifies.
Looking for Petal Tea light candles.
Does anybody know of a local WG store that sells these candles?
I purchased them in SF and I don't want to drive all the way back to buy more. Thank you❤️
