  My wife and I went with Mr. Fix-It -> Tom Feiza He does a weekly home improvement show on 620 that my father (he own's a True Value) has been on a handful of times. Tom is super great and walks through 90% of the home inspection with you, giving you a great explanation of what he's inspecting, his findings, and keeps you fully in the loop.
