  John Daigneault, who operates under the name [CanaSpec](http://www.canaspec.ca/) He emailed me a PDF report before even leaving the building, went over everything in it with me, and encouraged me to follow him around and pester AKA ask questions about everything. He even showed up early because he had to get binoculars and climb half a hill to see the roof. I think it was under 500 a couple years ago for an inspection that took a couple of hours.
