  Rowhouse Inspector Needed! Hey all, I am looking at rowhouses for a property investment and have heard over and over to get a rowhouse-specific home inspector. Does anyone have any recommended inspectors? The property is +100 years old and I know plenty about homes but not so much about rowhouses. Thanks

  I used http://engineersforhomeinspection.com/ Having done a bunch more work on the house, he was mostly on point, although he missed a few small things on the exterior.

  Worked with Harris Gross, www.engineersforhomeinspection.com when we bought our house in MontCo. Extremely diligent. Came highly recommended. We felt very comfortable with his assessment and knowledge.
