  Looking for a House Inspector that has experience with old homes and termites I'm looking at buying a house in Ybor and was hoping some of you might be able to recommend any home inspectors that have experience with 100y/o homes in the area. Thanks in advance!

  We used Glisson Inspections. Tim is very thorough, he spent 2 hours going through everything and that didn't include underneath the house (our seller didn't have a way to get underneath without damaging the house). He sent a detailed report about 4 days later. He charges $350 which from my understanding is reasonable. This didn't include a termite-specific inspection but it's my understanding that you'd need a specialist for that. http://glissoninspection.com/
