Wayne Gardner at [Red Wall Property Inspection](http://www.redwallpro.com/aboutus.htm) gave my place a four-hour scouring and left me a terrifying, 15-page document listing all of its problems. He's a nice guy, his rates are very reasonable and that damn list kept me busy every weekend for a year.
