So are museums and bread and cheese. Do you guys have any recommendations for me? Is there a nice field where I can read a book and eat cheese and watch Amsterdam do it's Amsterdam thing?   My favourite restaurant/café in Amsterdam is [Toos & Roos](http://www.toosenroos.nl/en/home/). They have great soups and simple sandwiches... always delicious in my view. It's about 600 metres (5 minute walk) from the Anne Frank House and is definitely worth it.
