  Does anyone know a decent licensed contractor? I'm looking for a contractor to do drywall, basement parging, and a handful of other things. New house, FHA loan, which means everything needs to be done by a licensed contractor. I'd do it myself, but I'm pretty sure the bank would shoot me. Halp?
