She keeps raising prices and her latest appointment (before a big event) was pushed to the colorist's friend who nearly ruined my girl's hair. So she's looking for someone new but nobody she talks to seems to know what they're doing. She has wavy hair and gets it bleached blond. Naturally it gets damaged so she needs special treatments to keep it looking nice. Olaplex, sulfate free & keratin are the magic words here.

  http://leticiallesmin.com/ This is my stylist. I have a full head of blue hair, which I've maintained for several years now thanks to Lety. My hair is natural wavy/curly and in theory is dark brown in it's original color. It has to get bleached pale blond prior to going blue. Lety definitely has used Olaplex treatments on my hair; I love it. I know she is sulfate free as well since I have an allergy to it (sigh at all those years of extra dander due to stupid sulfate in the products). Very fair prices, tons of experience with alternative hair coloring (which means having to be a bleaching expert).
