  I swear by Casal's de Spa & Salon in Clarendon. I go to Courtney, and it costs me $55 for a wash/cut/blow dry. She's friendly and will give you exactly what you ask her. You can make an appointment online too! Here >> http://www.casalsatclarendon.com/
