  Urban Halo in Clarendon. Ask for Rebecca. She's very good with short hair and managing it as it grows out. Always very conscious of framing the face and cutting it so that you're still letting it grow, but it doesn't look ridiculous. http://urbanhalosalonarlington.com/team/
