Bryan went under the house, found a huge ant colony under the insulation-front to back- cleaned it out and now we have virtually nothing.l I will see on few in Spring, but the bait they put under the sink takes care of them. Ants see moisture around sinks, under siding, etc. 302-645 -1502. Make sure you ask for Bryan.

Bryan came out, followed the trail, found the nests under the insulation and got rid of them......we have an annual service contract with Darin and have never had problems. It runs us $75/yr and takes care of any pest issues we have.

For the most part, we have had no insects, rodents, etc. If we call for bees or anything they show up the next day. Now, upon our Q visit, there is some damaged wood, that "may" be termites. Without any test or further investigation I am told that YOU HAVE TERMITES. Would anyone recommend another service for a second opinion or is this common? Is 99.00 a common fee for Q visits?
