About us
Kirk has owned and operated Robinson Automotive since 1988. After 30 years of experience in the Automotive industry, he knows all aspects of automotive repair.
Kirk is also the host of "Auto Experts" on Cogeco23, where Kirk appears live every Wednesday night at 8:00pm. As well he is the host of the very popular "Auto Talk" show which is broadcasted live on Rogers Television every Monday night at 8:00pm.
Kirk Robinson has been featured in Moneysense Magazine, as well as the "Wheels" section of the Toronto Star. Kirk has been a guest on CTV, Global, The Learning Channel, "Silverman Helps," and "Michael Coren Live" where he has helped consumers with their car questions and general automobile queries.
With a Master ASE certification, both GM and Toyota factory training, GM specialist electronics training, and accreditation as a Drive Clean Inspector and Repair Technician, Kirk has certainly kept current and expanded his broad expertise.
During 1987-1992, Kirk prepared race cars for Ron Fellows, Richard Spenard and David Empringham in the Players GM Motorsport series. His cars won in 1988, 1990, and 1991 in the GM Motorsport series as well as in 1990 and 1991 in the Firehawk Endurance series in which he raced from 1988 to 1992.
Kirk works with consumer protection groups such as the Ministry of Business Relations, the CAA, and APA to better the auto repair industry and to ensure consumer satisfaction.

Mike Robinson
Mike Graduated Electrical Engineering and Management in 2008, with this knowledge he brings new perspective and understanding to the automobile repair industry.
Mike joined Robinson Automotive full time in 2008 after completing a degree in Electrical Engineering and Management at McMaster University. Having grown up at Robinson Automotive working with cars since he was 15, Mike has learned quite a bit about vehicles and their various systems.
Mike's expertise lies in the weird and wonderful cars. Mike... show more specializes in the maintenance and repair requirements of many vehicles including European Imports such as Mercedes, AMG, BMW, Audi, VW and Mini. Mike has been trained by Perfect Sky Inc in California for service and repair of Hybrid vehicles and is very familiar with their operation.
Mike also uses his engineering background in the research of many vehicle requirements including fluids, maintenance intervals and product selection to give customer's the best products at the right time and tailored to their vehicles.

ferocis replied:Since you didn't specify what your "unique" problems were, I am a suspecting that you may be falling to some of the industry's bullshit. I would suggest before looking for something such as a Subaru specialist try visiting a reliable mechanic first. Personally I have had excellent service with [Robinson Automotive.](http://www.robinsonautomotive.com) Google them. I think the dad was the guy that set up the cars to expose other mechanics fraudulent activities for a CTV feature.
