  I used [Tim Meacham](http://www.meachamrealestate.com) in Worthington. Very casual easy going guy. Charges 2% commission. If you're in a time bind a realtor is probably best over doing it yourself. Likely keeps you out of legal trouble should something in the deal goes south.
