Joyce grew up in London and graduated from both Fanshawe College and the University of Western Ontario before following her father and uncle into the real estate business in the 1980's.
She has received designations as both ABR (accredited buyer agent), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and has her Brokers License to practice anywhere in Ontario and has completed over 500 hours of continuing education courses over the last 30 years.
