  Recommendations for realtor and/or mortgage lender? Title says it all. I'm a hopeful first-time homebuyer who wants to find a house anywhere in the Jenison/Hudsonville/Allendale area soon, however, I have the sinking feeling I have no idea what I'm doing and aren't sure where to start. I'd love to find a great realtor to guide me through the process and hopefully help us negotiate a good deal, and also if anyone has had a good experience with their lender, I'd like to hear who you went through.
