  I just bought my first house over the summer and Cynthia Bon did a fantastic job. http://www.tierraantigua.com/agent/cynthia-bon/ If you haven't, you may also want to look into the Pathway to Purchase and Mortgage Credit Certificate programs. (P2P is a downpayment assistance program, MCC is an additional tax credit you can take for 20% of the interest paid on your mortgage each year but you have to apply for the certificate.)
