  Recommendation for Brookline realtor? Hello! My husband and I are looking to rent an apartment in Brookline starting May 1st or mid-May (ideally Brookline Village or Coolidge Corner). Does anyone have a recommendation for a trustworthy and reputable realtor in that area? We live in Fenway right now so we can easily apartment hunt in person. Also, we've started to keep an eye out on craigslist, but so far I'm seeing a lot of Feb and March move-in dates listed....any advice on when the optimal time to apartment hunt for May would be?
