  Realtor / builder recommendations ? Did a search of previous posts but didn't turn up much recent. I'm looking to relocate to the Des Moines area in the next year. Does anyone have a realtor you'd recommend familiar with the Des Moines market? I'm also considering building a new house, instead of buying. Does anyone have experience with local builders of semi custom or full custom homes? What about if I was just looking to purchase land up front now but hold off a bit before building? Thanks!
